Who handles your information
Glaxosoft LLC operates PitchRover and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers pitchrover.com and the PitchRover application. Contact support@pitchrover.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
- Account details, including your name, email address, password hash, sign-in and email-verification records.
- Workspace memberships, invitations, website URLs, target pages, business descriptions and other project details you provide. Optional founder details are collected only when supplied.
- Subscription, invoice, payment, credit and refund records, including references returned by Stripe. Stripe collects payment-card details through its hosted pages; PitchRover does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Support messages and information you choose to send us.
- Request and security information, such as IP addresses, browser details, errors and access records, processed by us and our hosting provider.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account and workspace access, carry out the service you request, process billing and credits, send verification and account messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service operating.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, complying with legal duties and our legitimate interests in securing and supporting the service. We ask for consent where required and you can withdraw it for future processing.
Who receives information
Cloudflare provides hosting, application storage, security and transactional email. Stripe processes payments and billing. These providers receive information needed for their functions. Their policies are available from Cloudflare and Stripe.
Members of your workspace can access project information according to their roles. If you authorize link-building work, relevant business details and target pages may be shared with service providers and potential publishers to carry out that work. Do not include confidential information that is unnecessary for your project.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect the service or its users, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We retain account and project information while needed to provide the service and resolve outstanding obligations. Billing, refund, security and legal records may need to be retained after account closure. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation; this policy does not promise immediate deletion of every record.
We use access controls, password hashing and protected application sessions. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; applicable transfer protections apply where required.
Your choices and requests
You can edit project information in your workspace and revoke API tokens or connected applications in Workspace settings. Revoking a connection stops future access but does not remove information it already received.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@pitchrover.com from your account address. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Children and policy changes
PitchRover is a business service and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
We update this page when our practices change and change the date above. We provide additional notice for material changes where required.
